Section 2 - Order Processing and Transit Timelines Please note that total delivery time is comprised of processing time added to transit time. Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days, during which we verify payment validity, perform strict quality checks, and carefully package your drapery. Once dispatched, transit times for Standard Shipping generally range from 10 to 20 business days, while Expedited Shipping aims to deliver within 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination logistics and regional custom processing.

Section 3 - Delivery Obligations and Custom Fees All shipments are dispatched with complete tracking visibility. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is entirely accurate and secure. dglleo is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but missing due to local theft, nor are we responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address inputs. Any regional import duties, customs taxes, or local brokerage fees assessed upon entry into the destination country are the exclusive responsibility of the recipient.
