We recognize that selecting interior decor online requires precision, and occasionally a product may not fit your space exactly as envisioned. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive return and refund process designed to protect your purchase while ensuring the logistical integrity of our operations.
Section 1 - Return Eligibility Criteria To qualify for a return and subsequent refund, your items must meet strict condition requirements. Curtains must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any household odors, pet hair, or visible handling marks. They must be packed securely within their original product packaging with all accompanying tags, inserts, and hardware pieces intact. Return requests must be submitted to our customer care team within 30 days of the documented delivery date.
Section 2 - The Return Process To initiate a return, you must contact us via email at service@dglleo.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted. Once our support team approves your request, you will receive official return instructions. You are required to safely package the product and ship it to our designated facility at your own expense.
We highly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. dglleo cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit back to Germany.
Section 3 - Processing Refunds Once your return package arrives at our German facility, it will undergo a thorough manual inspection by our quality control team to verify eligibility. This evaluation typically takes between 3 to 5 business days from arrival. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or method of payment. Please allow up to an additional 7 to 10 banking days for the funds to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
